In an attempt last diabolical plot to stop, dead memories of the CIA, the secrets and skills sentenced to death in the hope that implanted, he completed operational mission. Bill Pope (Ryan Reynolds) is a CIA agent on a mission in London to reveal the shady hacker nicknamed “The Dutchman”. If he is attacked and killed by a mysterious way, the experimental procedure used his memories in a dangerous ex-convict Jericho Stuart (Kevin Costner) to pass. When he wakes up with the CIA memories, his mission is to find and eliminate the Dutch to launchers of ICBMs launched by hackers and starts World War III. But complications arise in the near future and the mission turns personal.
